Don Muang Airport, Bangkok, Thailand was officially opened as a Royal Thai Air Force base in 1914. In 1924 commercial flights started operating in the airport. It was closed down after the opening of Suvarnabhumi Airport in 2006, but flights restarted at Don Muang on 2007.
